Data Management Services by MapIT and acQuire
Data Management Service (DMS) using acQuire Geoscientific Information Management (GIM) software will provide direct benefit to any project from grassroots through development and on to mining. DMS implementations leverage operational budgets thus preserving capital dollars. This financing model enables earlier adoption of a class leading data management system. When a project reaches an appropriate level and/or capital is available DMS can be converted to an internally hosted and managed solution.
Management have anytime, anywhere access to project data through Neo Web. This customized interface can be accessed through any browser (mobile or PC) to visualize up to the minute maps, strip logs, reports and spreadsheets of project data. One master database holds all project generated data (drilling, blasting, surface sampling, monitoring, etc.). Neo Web can be used as a tool to stay on top of project progress, or even as a project marketing tool to communicate project success, or progress.
Technical staff and contractors have complete anytime, anywhere access through their software of choice to the database through API/ODBC connectivity. acQuire through it’s technology partners has developed near seamless interoperability with many industry standard software platforms. (Leapfrog, GEMS, GoCad, Geosoft, ArcMap, MapInfo, etc.)
Geologists and field staff can continuously enter new data either on or offline. If there are multiple groups updating project information then login permissions control level of data access to keep the data secure. While logging online the data is immediately available and accessible by the team for modelling and targeting.

Some quick instructions and navigation within the Neo Web environment
Step 1
Enter the user name and password indicated below. Note : easiest to copy and paste each into appropriate locations
Login – MapITDemo

Step 2
Select the Banksia Minerals database as the Data Source.
Step 3
Upon entering the ARENA environment you list of types and ways to visualize project data. Plan maps, strip logs reports and other metrics are setup to interrogate the data. ON the ‘Drillhole Browser’ object - zoom and pan around the map and select on any drillhole. The strip log will update with downhole data (if applicable).
There are several other generic objects built for this project all accessible through the ‘My Work’ link on left menu : Project Summary, What's Loaded, Callistemon Project Drilling, etc.
